APK Testing Consent

APK tests are manual, transparent and off by default for workers.

The worker must see customer name, app name, APK description, reward, risk, file size and SHA-256 hash.
The worker must explicitly accept the task before download or installation.
Installation must use Android system UI. MobileNode must not bypass permissions.
The worker submits proof screenshot, installation status, launch status, package/version and notes.
Reward remains frozen until customer approval or admin dispute resolution.
