Customer Agreement

Customers use MobileNode to create legal, moderated tasks and receive reports from real Android worker devices.

Task quality

Tasks must include a public URL or valid asset, clear success criteria, allowed actions and honest description.

Credits

Credits are reserved when tasks are created. Automatic results pay after verification. Manual rewards are frozen until approval or admin resolution.

Review fairness

Customers should approve honest work and reject only when proof is invalid or task requirements were not met. Wrong rejections can lower customer reputation.
